Requests for return will be accepted, 4 days within delivery date of the product. The product must be in its original condition undamaged along with packaging. The product can be exchanged with available products on the website or Refund will be initiated within 5-7 days after acceptance of the return.

Returns or exchanges for custom orders are not applicable. Please write to bouttowear@gmail.com for return requests.

Please note, due to the personalized nature of made-to-order items, they are not eligible for returns.

Products bought in the form of an exchange cannot be exchanged with any other item again or be returned.
